A year full of inspiring new adventures, like the start of the "live my life" with the Michelin team! But also with the creation of our new game The Spirit of Entrepreneurship which highlights the principles of effectuation. Finally, we release our first observatory on innovation culture, a study on current practices and challenges in companies.

We are launching a dedicated support for the circular economy and becoming partners with the association Bureaux du coeur, by hosting a homeless person in our premises. Spark Lab specializes in Innovation Management System (IMS) by becoming a contributor to the AFNOR standard discussions and by supporting Somfy in its ambitious structuring of its IMS.

We specialize in spreading the innovation culture by creating the Spark Lab Innovation Fresco, a fun workshop to disseminate a common reference around innovation. We also become the official partner of the BMW Group lab, to operate and animate their innovation lab. The team continues to grow and we move into our new premises near the Rhône pool.

We become a purpose-driven company and obtain the B Corp certification, recognizing our commitment to responsible and sustainable practices.

We launch our podcast The Spark during our first Club Curiosity, where we share our passion for innovation! It's also the year of our first project in innovation management and strategy.

Spark Lab wins its first victories, like the Open Innovation Factory contest of NaTran or its listing with the Rhône-Alpes region. We diversify our activities and explore new sectors (industry, construction, energy) with a team that grows and strengthens!

Spark Lab develops mainly in the sports sector by supporting first clients like Babolat and Millet. Spark Lab helps its clients using innovation methods by usage (field study, workshop facilitation, offer co-construction, offer design, prototyping, and offer testing...)

It is in the 9th arrondissement of Lyon that a friendly space welcomes the first employees to join the adventure, ready to contribute to the success of this young company!

The story begins when César and Aristide, two friends passionate about sports, decide to merge their talents to create an innovation consulting agency. The goal: to help companies link usage, technologies, and the market, the 3 ingredients to innovate and create value.
